Bob and Carolien met each other in the midst of a construction project, full of enthusiasm and creative possibilities.

He, the visionary architect with beautiful sketches; she, the project manager who can turn even construction dust into an Excel sheet.

What started as a collaboration between colleagues making it through construction meetings together, grew into a dynamic duo that tackled every project with passion, energy, and humor. And with coffee. Lots of coffee. But not for Bob, he sticks to water – but with bubbles, of course.

One day, a brilliant idea came to life:

No more bureaucratic obstacles, just pure teamwork in the form of Bob & Carolien. They decided to trade long workdays for even longer nights at the kitchen table. With Carolien's organized to-do lists as a guide and Bob's creative energy as inspiration. The result? Their own design & build office, where everything comes together perfectly: from sketch to completion, and everything in between.

In their office, they don’t just build physical spaces, but also create a culture of collaboration and fun. They strengthen each other and turn every challenge into an opportunity. Because with the right team, every project is not only a success but also a celebration. As they like to say: "We love Mondays again!"
